Job Description: We are hiring a Pharmacist for our Call Medicine Confirmation process at PharmEasy. The role involves interacting with customers to confirm their medicine orders, ensuring accuracy, and promoting relevant healthcare products.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to confirm customers’ medicine orders.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure correct medicine details.
- Handle cross-selling and up-selling of healthcare products.
- Provide accurate information about medicines, dosage, and substitutes as per company policy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Maintain call logs and update information in the system.
