Job Summary

Retail Denmart LLP is looking for an experienced Pharmacist cum Manager to lead and manage the Mumbai branch operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong pharmaceutical knowledge with proven managerial capabilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective team management, and coordination with vendors and company representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and support staff (15+ team members) at the Mumbai branch
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure timely completion of all activities
• Handle purchase planning, procurement, and inventory management
• Supervise billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate and interact with company representatives, vendors, and distributors
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies
• Monitor stock levels, expiry management, and proper storage of medicines
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence
• Prepare and submit required reports to management on a regular basis
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high standards of customer service

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or equivalent)
• Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy
• Proven experience in 15+ team handling and managerial responsibilities
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Good knowledge of pharmacy operations, billing, and purchasing
• Ability to multitask and manage branch-level responsibilities independently
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and MS Office is an advantage
