Phlebotomist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection, home sample collection visits, and handling corporate clients for health check-up camps and routine diagnostics. The role requires good technical skills, patient handling ability, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood sample collection (venipuncture and capillary collection) safely and accurately.
• Conduct home collection visits for patients as per scheduled appointments.
• Handle corporate clients during health check-up camps and corporate sample collections.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols during sample collection.
• Coordinate with lab technicians and operations team for timely processing of samples.
• Maintain records of collected samples and patient details.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients during sample collection.
• Assist in organizing and executing corporate health camps and diagnostic drives.

Requirements:

• Qualification: DMLT / MLT / Relevant Medical Laboratory Course.
• Experience: 1–2 years experience in blood collection (preferred).
• Good knowledge of venipuncture techniques and sample handling.
• Must be comfortable with home visits and corporate camps.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for home collections.
• Good communication and patient handling skills.
