Designation – Apprentice Trainee (Phone Banking Officer)

Credit card customer service (Only Customer Support no sales )

                                                                                                 6 Months internship with Government certificate

                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Role and Responsibilities

• Candidate should have excellent command over written and spoken English

• Candidate should have working knowledge on MS Excel

• Candidate will be required to handle live supervisor calls/ make outcalls on escalated cases and ensure end to end resolution to the customers

• Resolves the queries of customer and provide support over the calls.

Shift Time- 9:30 TO 6:30                                              

                                                                                               Salary- 18500                                                    

                                                                                            Weekoff- 2nd & 4th Saturday Along with all Sundays

Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
