This is a 6-month apprenticeship under the NATS Government Scheme

After 6 months, candidates will get government certificate and full time employment with our company

 Job Description :

We are looking for a Phone Banking Officer who will be responsible for handling customer queries and managing escalation calls professionally. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

 Key Requirements: 

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to handle customer escalation calls effectively

* Customer service–oriented approach 

 Working Details: 

 Shift Timing : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

 Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

 Additional Off : 2nd & 4th Saturday

 Stipend: 18,000
