Picker / Packer

The Picker / Packer plays a crucial role in Zepto’s Dark Store operations by ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and packed safely. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and consistency to maintain Zepto’s fast delivery promise.

• Accurately pick products from shelves based on order lists
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during delivery
• Handle inventory, restocking, and report stock shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and packing area
• Use handheld devices / mobile apps to process orders
• Coordinate with the store supervisor and delivery team
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols during operations

• Minimum 10th or 12th Pass
• Basic knowledge of warehouse or retail operations (preferred)
• Ability to handle physical tasks: lifting, moving, packing
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic smartphone handling skills
