Job Description

  • Job Title: Clear and specific (e.g., "PLC & HMI Programmer," "Automation Engineer - Controls").
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, development, testing, and maintenance of PLC programs.
  • HMI interface configuration and design for monitoring and control.
  • Troubleshooting and commissioning of automation systems at client sites.
  • Preparing detailed technical documentation (wiring diagrams, manuals).
  • Collaboration with mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum Experience: Fresh, 1-5 years experienced.
  • PLC/HMI Platforms:Siemens (TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500), Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Omron).
  • Programming Languages: Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
  • Protocols: Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Software: Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., TIA Portal, ).
  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
