Job Description

  • Plan and conduct engaging academic sessions for preschool children
  • Prepare lesson plans and age-appropriate teaching aids
  • Assess and track children’s academic progress
  • Maintain daily, monthly, and annual student reports
  • Coordinate with the Centre Coordinator for academic planning and events
  • Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and activities
  • Manage parent communication and conduct PTMs
  • Guide assigned caregivers to ensure classroom readiness and child safety
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and attendance standards
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree with Montessori / NTT certification
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a preschool (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for early childhood education
