Job Description
Dhyaan Enterprises is hiring a Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle inbound real estate enquiries and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Call and qualify inbound property leads
• Explain project details, pricing & location
• Schedule site visits for sales managers
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Update lead status in CRM / Excel
Requirements:
• 1–2 years experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Experience handling property enquiries
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Fixed + performance-based incentives)
