Job Description

The Real Estate Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, and setting appointments for licensed real estate agents or sales teams. This role focuses on outbound and inbound communication, lead nurturing, and data management to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Handle outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat inquiries related to real estate listings and services

Qualify leads based on buyer/seller readiness, budget, timeline, and location preferences

Schedule appointments, property viewings, and follow-ups for real estate agents or sales managers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

Conduct initial needs analysis and provide basic property information (pricing, location, features)

Perform lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns for warm and cold leads
