Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given leads/database.
- Explain project details briefly and generate customer interest.
- Fix and confirm site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls and site visit schedules in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with customers until the site visit is completed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling post-visit.
