Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, provide project information, and support the sales team in converting prospects into site visits and bookings. The role involves interacting with potential customers, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and other sources.

Provide detailed information about real estate projects, pricing, availability, and offers.

Qualify leads and understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and property type.

Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings with the sales team.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM or internal systems.

Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, or messages to nurture leads.

Assist the sales team with documentation and client communication during the pre-sales stage.

Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing queries promptly.

Generate daily and weekly lead and follow-up reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and engage potential customers.

Basic knowledge of real estate projects and sales process is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualifications

12th Pass or Under graduate candidates can also apply.

Experience in real estate, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
