Process Trainer

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions for hospital staff and healthcare professionals. The role involves delivering interactive training programs, visiting hospitals, and supporting the professional development of healthcare teams.

The candidate will undergo 1-month training at Dr Complex, Zirakpur, before being deployed to the respective locations. Travel to nearby hospitals will be required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills and professional development training sessions for hospital staff.
• Visit hospitals near the assigned location to deliver training and monitor progress.
• Develop engaging training content and materials tailored to healthcare environments.
• Provide feedback and guidance to staff to improve communication, interpersonal skills, and patient interaction.
• Report training outcomes and maintain proper documentation of sessions.
• Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to ensure training aligns with company standards.

Key Requirement

Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Experience delivering training in hospital or healthcare is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field; additional certification in training or HR is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage participants and adapt training methods to different audiences.
• Comfortable with traveling to nearby hospitals for on-site training.
• Organizational skills to plan and execute training sessions efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Training Location

• 1-month training at Dr Complex, Zirakpur before deployment to Navi Mumbai.
