Job Description
Production Planning & Execution (40%): Oversee daily production, scheduling, task allocation, and coordination with the Production Manager to meet demand while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
FAMI-QS & ISO 22000 Compliance (20%): Ensure all production activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Documentation & Records (10%): Maintain accurate, audit-ready production and compliance records as per FAMI-QS and ISO 22000.
Training & Team Development (10%): Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance.
Continuous Improvement (10%): Monitor equipment and processes, analyze production data, and implement efficiency and waste-reduction initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination (10%): Work closely with QC, maintenance, and logistics teams; enforce company policies and safety protocols.
