Job Responsibilities:

• Production planning and scheduling as per daily and monthly targets
• Managing complete factory operations and workforce
• Ensuring quality control of construction chemicals and admixtures
• Monitoring raw material consumption and minimizing wastage
• Coordinating with purchase, dispatch, and accounts departments
• Maintaining production records, reports, and compliance
• Ensuring safety, housekeeping, and discipline in the factory
• Handling machine operations, maintenance coordination, and breakdowns

Requirements:

• Experience in construction chemicals / admixtures manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of production planning and factory management
• Ability to handle manpower and meet production targets
• Good communication and leadership skills

Location: Factory Site and office
