JD – Production & Operations Head (Post-Sales)

• Manage post-sales operations including production, dispatch, and site installations
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Installation teams
• Plan and track production schedules and order status
• Manage dispatches from multiple locations
• Ensure timely site execution and installations
• Maintain MIS, Excel trackers, and reports
• Handle coordination via phone and email

Skills & Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in signage & furniture manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of materials, machinery, and processes
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good leadership and coordination skills
• Proficient in Excel .
• Excellent English communication
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial (preferred)
