Program Manager – Campus Engagement

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Program Manager – Campus Engagement to lead our college outreach initiatives across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, public speaking, and driving on-ground impact through student engagement and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and manage relationships with placement officers, TPOs, and college SPOCs

● Plan and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, and presentations

● Drive partnerships with colleges for training and placement initiatives

● Travel to colleges for meetings, workshops, and placement activities

● Conduct follow-ups and ensure continuous engagement with partner institutions

● Maintain structured data of outreach, visits, and outcomes

● Represent Vocskill Academy professionally across all interactions

Eligibility Criteria

● Minimum 1 year of experience in campus outreach, training, or placement roles

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Confident in public speaking and presentations

● Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

● Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
