Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Control project costs, materials, and subcontractor work.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports and update clients regularly.
- Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to approved drawings.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
- Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture.
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial interior project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, services, and finishes.
- Proficient in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
