Looking for Property Manager for an old age home. For 24 hours. Accommodation, food will be provided. Preferably Doctor or PGDHM, Couple with medical background preferred. Doctors, Nurse - Experienced in Hospital Management. Job responsibilities -

• To take round of the facility every day. 

• To talk to each patient and look into their requirements. And keep their relatives informed about the changes.

• To also look into the cleanliness of the premises and each room, Bathrooms etc.

• All housekeeping round to be taken.

• To make a protocol for Cleaning/ Washing of Bed sheets etc.

• To look into the maintenance issues and sort them on basis of priority- Maintenance checklist.

• To make the attendance sheet and overlook at leaves and day off at each facility.

• To see the advance and deposit collection of each Patient with us.

• To make entries in the software daily of the consumables and medicines.

• To make admission discharge entries.

• To take meetings for team work and sort interpersonal issues if they have any.

• To Handle enquires at the center 

• To maintain Vendor payment.

• To take initiative in arranging the session – Physio/ Psychological or any other.

• To arrange activities at the center for the elderly.

• To take lead in all functions and do the needful arrangements.

• To see that all are in uniform.

• To See the homecare PCA – attendance and leaves and other arrangements

• To help in promotional activities of the center.

• To maintain a healthy environment for the staff and make them learn all protocols.

• To maintain Dr’s visit record and payment sheet

• To maintain visitor records.

• To make the document for death pass /getting the death pass and certificate follow up 

• To report to the Operations Manager.
