🚨 We’re Hiring | Property Manager – Commercial / Office Spaces

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai / Thane

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / BE – Electrical Engineering

🗓 Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a strong Electrical Engineering background to manage commercial / Grade A office buildings in the Navi Mumbai and Thane region.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS & overall building electrical systems

• Oversee MEP operations and preventive maintenance

• Vendor & AMC management with SLA monitoring

• Ensure statutory compliance (Fire, Electrical, Safety)

• Tenant coordination & fit-out approvals

• Budget control and utility management

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Experience in commercial office building / property management

• Strong knowledge of MEP and electrical systems

• Good vendor management and leadership skills

• Based in Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
