Proposal Engineer

• Preparing proposals for the RFQs submitted by all Regional Managers and Channel Partners, satisfying the standards set by VEC. 
• Undertaking the process of locating vendors for different components of BOQ prepared in the proposal, who can deliver goods at competitive prices. 
• Undertaking the tasks of the post-proposal stage, such as replying to and resolving queries that clients may have based on the proposals submitted, revising the proposals according to discussions held with clients, preparing and sharing Draft Work Orders, Filling out Clients' Vendor Registration forms etc.
• Under the guidance of directors, maintaining the existing marketing collaterals like PPTs(Public release ,intro mailer etc). Monitoring and Helping in the process of generation of new marketing collaterals (Walkthrough videos etc.)
• Attending physical and virtual sales meetings and presentations. Preparing and sharing minutes of those meetings
• Assisting Professor H.S.Shankar in different policy-making and other activities, wherever required.  
• Undertaking and Maintaining research activities at the lab.
