Job Description
- Handling end-to-end purchase activities for electrical, automation, mechanical, and general materials
- Vendor identification, comparison, negotiation, and finalization
- Preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow-up with vendors for material delivery and coordination with stores/production teams
- Checking and verification of materials during GRN (quantity, condition, and specification)
- Maintaining purchase records, vendor data, and documentation
- Working on ERP system for purchase entries, GRN, and reports
- Coordination with internal departments for material planning and requirement tracking
- Ensuring timely procurement as per project schedules
