Purchase Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of raw materials and ensure smooth supply for production. The role involves vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase planning, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials (Fresh Vegetables & Fruits) at competitive prices for bulk requirements
• Identify and develop new vendors/farm sources (not just traders)
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs)
• Coordinate with production and inventory teams for material requirements
• Track incoming materials and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain records of purchases, vendor details, and rate comparisons
• Monitor market rates and ensure cost-effective buying
• Field Visits for Bulk procurement
• Ensure quality standards are met
