Job Description
• Supervise and allocate work to QC staff; ensure testing discipline and reporting accuracy
• Maintain QC records, logs, COAs, and calibration reports with audit-ready documentation (ISO 22000 / FAMI-QS)
• Review and approve chemical & physical test results; ensure correct methods and reliable outcomes
• Monitor calibration schedules, equipment maintenance, and overall lab traceability
• Handle non-conformities with proper RCA and CAPA documentation
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Procurement for overall quality compliance
