Job Description
We are looking for experienced Quality Analysts from the International BPO domain to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are hands-on with quality frameworks and can join at short notice.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in an International BPO
- Quality Analyst designation must be on paper
- Experience in Voice or Blended LOB
- Strong understanding of quality metrics, audits, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred (able to join within 1 week)
