Job Description
Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate
Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 4+ Years (Real Estate Mandatory)
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift
Weekly Off: Any 1 Day (Rotational)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in clients and site visits
• Explain real estate projects, pricing & payment plans
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with sourcing & CRM teams
• Regular client follow-ups and lead conversion
• Support booking documentation and payment process
• Ensure smooth customer experience till closure
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years experience in real estate sales/closing
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good communication & client-handling ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Excel
Languages Preferred: Hindi, English (Marathi preferred)
