Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential, commercial, and investment plots. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, along with in-depth knowledge of local property markets and documentation processes.
- Present and promote project offerings, layouts, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed site visits and successful bookings.
- Follow up with clients regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- 🔹 Client Management Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Assist clients with site visits, document verification, and legal formalities (7/12, sale deed, etc.).
- Provide accurate information about projects, approvals, and infrastructure developments (CIDCO/Navi Mumbai areas).
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- 🔹 Documentation & CoordinationPrepare and manage booking forms, MOUs, and agreements.
- Coordinate with the legal and operations team for paperwork and payment schedules.
- Maintain CRM data and update client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
🔹 Market Research & Reporting Study current real estate trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming development zones.
- Share insights with management to enhance marketing strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and revenue.
- Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication & persuasive selling skills.
- Strong local area knowledge (Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Raigad, Mumbai Metropolitan Region).
- Ability to understand land documentation (7/12 extract, title, sale deed, RERA).
- Result-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and team player.
