About the Role

Hiring a Sales Manager – Real Estate for our advisory-driven team

Work on high-value residential & commercial transactions

Role suited for a senior, hands-on sales professional

Active involvement in client advisory, sourcing, negotiations & closures

👤 Ideal Candidate

4–5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Strong exposure to sourcing, client handling & deal closures

Experience in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai market preferred

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven, disciplined & execution-focused

Comfortable handling HNI & investor clients

💼 Key Responsibilities

Handle qualified inbound leads (digital & referrals)

Understand client requirements & recommend right-fit properties

Conduct site visits, negotiations & deal closures

Coordinate with developers, channel partners & internal teams

Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups & pipeline discipline

Build long-term client relationships & referral business

💰 Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

🎓 Education

Minimum 12th Pass

Experience will be prioritized over qualification

Only candidates with relevant real estate experience will be considered.
