Receptionist Cum Telecaller

We’re scaling fast and looking for a people-first sales pro who knows how to vibe with new clients, build trust, and move conversations forward—smoothly and positively.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
• Communicate confidently with clients and understand their requirements
• Schedule meetings, office discussions, and site visits seamlessly
• Coordinate between clients, design team, and site team for smooth follow-ups
• Maintain client data, meeting status, and next-action plans
• Ensure every client interaction feels professional, warm, and solution-oriented

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English mandatory; Marathi is a plus)
• Positive attitude with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable talking to new people and handling objections smartly
• Basic understanding of sales, follow-ups, and coordination
• Interior design / real estate sales experience = big plus (not mandatory)
