We are looking for a Bulk Hiring Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment and manage coordination with both external and internal hiring sources.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ End-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring
• ✅ Source & screen candidates via job portals, social media & referrals
• ✅ Coordinate with vendor partners & hiring agencies to meet timelines
• ✅ Manage communication with candidates & internal teams
• ✅ Schedule interviews and assist with selection, offers & onboarding
• ✅ Track hiring progress & maintain candidate data in ATS/Excel

• Minimum 6 months experience in high-volume/bulk hiring
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ready to work 6 days and UK Shifts
