Recruitment Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and intelligent HR executive who can handle complete end to end recruitment for managers and staff the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills excellent convincing ability and sharp decision making skills

• END to end recruitment process
• Identify and the recruit manager receptionist therapist and support staff
• Post job openings on portals social media and other platforms
• Screen resume and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic face to face interview
• Co-ordinate interview with management
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining
• Maintain candidate database and Recruitment Records
• Build strong talent pipeline for urgent requirement
