Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with at least 2 years of consultancy background to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various industries while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients and positions
• Understand client requirements, job roles, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage offer negotiation and candidate closure
• Maintain and update candidate and client databases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Ensure turnaround time (TAT) and quality hiring metrics are met
• Provide regular recruitment status reports to clients and management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills & Experience :

• hiring for IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Manufacturing roles (as applicable)
• Knowledge of ATS and CRM tools
• Client handling experience
