*KEY RESPONSIBILITY*

• Call potential and existing clients to inform them about new property projects
• Follow up on leads generated from ads, portals, and campaigns
• Understand client requirements and share relevant property options
• Schedule site visits for the sales team
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Marathi + basic English)
• Experience in telecalling / customer handling preferred (real estate is a plus)
• Ability to handle objections and convince clients
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
