Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Relationship Manager with strong communication skills and knowledge of the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi and capable of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions
- Coordinate with developers and ensure smooth communication
- Conduct site visits and explain project details
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Meet sales targets and assist in deal closures
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Marathi (must), Hindi, and English
- Knowledge of real estate market/developers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic computer skills
