Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure service quality.
• Supervise staff, duty roster, discipline, and training.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food cost, portion control, wastage, and raw material usage.
• Check and approve kitchen indents and stock levels.
• Maintain daily sales report, cash reconciliation, stock register, attendance, and expense records.
• Control discounts, complimentary bills, and billing accuracy.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and license compliance.
