Job Description
- Restaurant Manager Responsibilities1. Operations Management Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth service during opening and closing hours
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- 2. Staff Management Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Conduct staff performance evaluations
- Handle staff discipline and motivation
- Manage attendance and payroll coordination
- 3. Customer ServiceGreet and interact with guests when needed
- Handle customer complaints professionally
