 Week Off : 1 Rotational Week Off

 SALARY :

Experienced: ₹32,000 Gross

Fresher: ₹18,500 (In-hand Stipend)

 Role Overview :

We are hiring an Apprentice Trainee for a Voice Process role in the Fraud Prevention & Investigation team. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls to verify transactions, identify suspicious activities, and prevent potential fraud while ensuring compliance with company policies.

 __Key Responsibilities :__ 

* Handle inbound/outbound calls related to fraud alerts and transaction verification

* Interact with customers to confirm suspicious transactions and account activities

* Identify potential fraud cases through customer conversations and system checks

* Escalate high-risk or suspicious cases to the concerned team promptly

* Maintain accurate call records, case notes, and investigation details

* Follow SOPs, compliance guidelines, and call quality standards

* Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of fraud-related cases

* Ensure excellent communication and customer handling skills while resolving queries
