• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional manner.
• Understand consumer needs and preferences to recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
• Conduct product presentations, test rides, and explain features, specifications, and pricing.
• Maintain and update customer records and leads in the CRM/database system.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and emails.
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to assist customers with loan and insurance process
• Ensure the timely delivery of vehicles and support the customer throughout the post-sale process.
