Job Description


  • Identify and approach potential customers for bank loan products
  • Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms
  • Collect, verify, and review customer documents (KYC, income, bank statements, etc.)
  • Assist customers in filling out loan application forms accurately
  • Coordinate with bank officials for case login, verification, and approvals
  • Follow up with customers and banks to ensure timely loan processing
  • Maintain proper records of applications, documentation, and disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and internal procedures
  • Resolve customer queries related to loan status and documentation
  • Meet assigned targets while maintaining service quality and ethical practices
