Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our travel agency. The candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international trips, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.
- ✈️ Key ResponsibilitiesHandle travel inquiries via call, WhatsApp & social media
- Design customized travel packages (Domestic & International)
- Book flights, hotels, trains & holiday packages
- Coordinate with vendors and ground partners
- Provide visa assistance and travel documentation guidance
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle post-booking support and resolve customer issues
- 🎯 RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years experience in travel industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of destinations like Kerala, Kashmir, Manali, Ladakh, Dubai, Thailand, etc.
- Good communication & sales skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & online booking portals
- Ability to work under targets
