Sales Executive

Job Role: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan Sales - Unity Small Finance Bank (Third Party Payroll)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan sales
• Explain loan products, features, and benefits clearly to customers
• Generate leads and close sales as per targets
• Maintain call quality standards (V4 quality)
• Update customer details accurately in the system
• Follow compliance and banking sales guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good English communication skills mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in Telesales
• Without PF option: Minimum experience required
• With PF option: 12th pass mandatory

Shift Details:

• Day rotational shifts
• 9.30 working hours
• 1 rotational weekly off

Salary & Benefits:

Option 1: Without PF

• In-hand salary: ₹24,600 + incentives
• Salary starts from Day 1
• Salary credited on 1st of every month
• Pick and drop facility from Turbhe station

Option 2: With PF

• CTC: ₹25,500
• In-hand salary: ₹21,000 + incentives
• Salary starts from Day 1
• Salary credited on 1st of every month
