Job Description
A Sales Executive helps a company sell its products or services. Their main goal is to bring in new customers and keep existing customers happy.
Main Duties:
- Talk to customers and understand what they need
- Explain products/services in simple words
- Make phone calls, send messages, and meet customers
- Show product demos or presentations
- Follow up with customers until they buy
- Keep records of sales and customer details
- Work with the team to reach monthly targets
- Give updates to the manager about sales and customer feedback
