Process: IDFC Cross Sales - Voice Process

Location: Cloud City Campus, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives for the IDFC Cross Sales Voice Process. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, promoting relevant banking products, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle outbound voice calls for IDFC cross-selling activities
• Explain banking products and services to customers clearly
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details
• Achieve assigned targets while ensuring service quality

Requirements:-

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with prior voice process experience will have an added advantage

Salary:-

• Freshers: Up to 15,000 per month
• Experienced candidates: Up to 25,000 per month
