Job Description:


We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients in person, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships through direct interactions.


Location - Navi Mumbai and Salary - up to 40 k


Key Responsibility -


  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients.
  3. Generate new leads through cold calling and referrals.
  4. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
  5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  7. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all sales target and KPI's are achieved.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor's products.
  9. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
  10. Follow up with clients for payment.
  11. Participate in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  12. Prepare daily reports on field visits, lead status and customer feedback.
  13. Coordination with team members and other departments to ensure sales objective are achieved.


  • Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
  • Previous experience in field sales is preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Must be comfortable with door-to-door and business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps and using Google Maps.
