Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and manage the complete sales function for commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for sales planning, team management, revenue generation, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential & commercial projects.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales, sourcing, and closing teams.
  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement.
  • Handle high-value clients and support team in deal closures.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, CRM, and daily reporting.
  • Manage channel partners, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Ensure proper site visit planning and conversion ratios.
  • Provide market insights, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Eligibility / Requirements:

7+ years of experience in real estate sales (team handling mandatory).

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems.
