Job Description

  • Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales staff to build a high-performing team. 2
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Set short- and long-term sales goals, develop sales plans, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. 2
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. 2
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. 2
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales campaigns, promotional activities, and financial planning. 2
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend system or process enhancements, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 1
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree may be preferred for senior roles.
  • Experience: Typically 5–6 years in sales management or leadership roles, with industry-specific experience preferred. 
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
