🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls

- Schedule and manage banquet recce visits

- Explain venue packages, decor options, and food menus to clients

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

- Maintain strong client relationships from inquiry to event day

- Track payments and follow up for pending dues

- Coordinate with decor, catering, and operations teams

- Ensure smooth execution on the day of the event

➕ Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports

- Ensure no lead is missed

- Support in generating referrals and repeat business

- Handle client queries via call/WhatsApp professionally

👤 Requirements:

- 2–5 years experience in banquet / hotel / event sales (preferred)

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)

- Confident, presentable, and sales-driven personality

- Ability to handle clients and event pressure

- Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM

💰 Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
