Job Summary-The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, managing dealership or showroom operations, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Key Responsibilities. Sales & Revenue GrowthDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Drive retail and institutional sales of vehicles (passenger/commercial/two-wheeler as applicable).
• Monitor sales performance and provide corrective action plans where necessary.
• Forecast sales volumes and plan inventory accordingly.
• Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer handling.
• Set KPIs and evaluate team performance through regular reviews.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–6 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of automotive products and financing processes.
