Add Chem Industries is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell construction chemical products in the field. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, building relationships with contractors/builders, and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell construction chemical products to contractors, builders, dealers, and project sites

Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide product demonstrations and explain technical benefits to clients

Collect market feedback and share competitor insights

Ensure timely payment collection from clients

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

*Requirements

Minimum 1+ year experience in sales (preferably construction chemicals/building materials)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel for field work

Basic knowledge of construction materials/chemicals is an advantage

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
