Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals (Field Work)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell construction chemical products (waterproofing, adhesives, sealants, admixtures, etc.) to clients in the assigned territory.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (any graduate with strong sales skills may be considered).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction chemicals or building materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
